Backing up Mobile Phone contacts (10 points for best answer)?

I have to get rid of my contract phone this friday, and set need to save all my phone book contacts, without writing them down my self

All you do is take out your sim card, usually located behind your battery, and place it in the sim slot in your new phone. If you aren’t sure if your contacts are on the sim, there should be an option in your address book tat capies them to the card.
