What kind of prepaid Cell Phone only allows certain numbers?
For Christmas my brother is getting my nephew a prepaid cell phone. Since my brother’s ex gets him every other weekend he wanted to make sure that his son can call or text him whenever he wants. My nephew is 11 and he is now responsible enough to take care of it as well as understand the rules my brother sets down for the phone. We have been researching cell phones but so far I cannot find one that would allow only certain numbers to be called. Does anyone know of a prepaid cell phone that would only allow my nephew to call my brother and other family members?
